Buttered (or ButterEd.it, haha—smooth, isn't it?) is the moniker for filmmaker and film editor Kyle Kramb. A guy with a sharp eye and sharper hands, cutting through the chaos like a hot knife through that good stuff.​

 

Kyle spends most of his days deftly crafting commercials, brand films, trailers, documentaries, and narrative films to buttery perfection. It's the kind of thing that could make even the most jaded creative director sit back, loosen their tie, and exclaim, "I feel as happy as a clam in butter sauce." Kyle doesn't just edit—he butters up the stories on both sides until they sashay across the screen as smooth as fresh cream on a summer day.*

You can find some of his editing work on this site, but Kyle is also an accomplished director. He writes, directs, produces, and sometimes shoots narrative films and documentaries, as well as the occasional commercial.
